The WRC rejected Popescu Daniel Constantin’s complaint against Baker Finn Recruitment under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994. He alleged he received no feedback for more than a month after a job interview. The agency said he was a candidate for a client role, not its employee, and that it called him within about an hour of his 11 October 2024 request for feedback. The WRC found he had never been an employee of the agency, placing him outside the Act’s scope, and accepted that the agency had responded.
