The Workplace Relations Commission found a wage complaint by Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary well founded and ordered Digisure (Ireland) Limited to pay €18,269.26 gross in wage arrears and holiday pay, plus €1,846.16 net compensation for breaches of the Payment of Wages Act 1991. The decision was dated 27 November 2025.
Chaudhary said the company stopped paying him in May 2024 and that €24,000 remained owed. The company accepted that money was outstanding, citing a funding delay and saying it was paying. The adjudicator accepted evidence that most wages had gone unpaid, including payslips and bank statements.
