The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed three complaints by Mary Charlotte, known as Maureen McHugh, against Deonach Tallaght Probation Project. In a decision dated 8 May 2025, the adjudication officer found that she did not attend in time to give evidence. The hearing proceeded without her evidence and concluded before she arrived. The Terms of Employment (Information) Act complaint was found not well-founded because she did not attend to give evidence. The two Employment Equality Act complaints were dismissed because she did not establish a prima facie case of discrimination. No award was made.
