The WRC has ordered Blair’s Hill Nursing Home Ltd. to pay care assistant Katrina Todd €1,000 after finding her complaint about missing written terms of employment well founded. Adjudication Officer Thomas O’Driscoll dated the decision 25 April 2025. Todd said she had never received a contract or written terms, despite asking for them. The nursing home accepted it had no record of providing those documents, and the WRC found the complaint well founded under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994.
