The Workplace Relations Commission directed Bgs Security Limited t/a Bgss to pay security worker Kipkorir Francis Kiptoo €4,213.96 in unpaid wages, €26,500 for breach of the Security Employment Regulation Order and approximately €2,000 for failing to provide an employment contract. Adjudication Officer Michael McEntee’s decision was dated 9 July 2025.

The WRC upheld all three complaints. It found the wages were due, the Order had been ignored and no satisfactory contract had been provided. The company did not attend the hearing or submit evidence; the adjudicator was satisfied it had proper notice and received no adequate explanation for its absence.
