The Workplace Relations Commission said it had no jurisdiction to investigate Tommy McNamee’s Payment of Wages complaint against Saolta University Health Care Group. Adjudication officer Emer O’Shea dated the decision 8 May 2025. McNamee alleged Saolta withheld an increment as a disciplinary sanction over disputed leave. Saolta argued the complaint was filed before any deduction; the officer found the increment withholding was due to take effect after the complaint was lodged.
