The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Club 54 to pay Aisling Lawlor €3,472.68 in gross wages after finding the amount was properly payable for work she said she performed between 29 July and 15 September 2024. The decision is dated 25 February 2025. Lawlor gave evidence that her agreed salary was €45,000 and that a signed agreement provided for payment of the wages by 1 October 2024. Club 54 did not attend the hearing; the adjudication officer was satisfied it had notice. A second complaint was identified as a duplicate of the upheld complaint.
