WRC finds former San Siro head chef entitled to redundancy payment

The WRC found that Ruslan Pazuschin was entitled to a statutory redundancy payment after his job as head chef at San Siro Limited ended when the restaurant became insolvent. In a decision dated 18 February 2025, the adjudication officer recorded his gross weekly wage as €770 and made the entitlement subject to his having been in insurable employment during the relevant period.
