The Workplace Relations Commission found Vasile Suvac’s complaints against Bgs Security Limited not well founded in a decision dated 26 March 2025. Suvac had alleged unpaid wages and brought a separate complaint under mobile road transport working-time regulations. Neither side attended the hearing. Adjudication Officer Breiffni O’Neill concluded that Suvac had not attended to give evidence about either complaint. No award was recorded.
