WRC finds no unlawful wage deduction by Radius Vehicle Solutions

The Workplace Relations Commission found Stephen Tuite's complaint that his May salary had been unlawfully reduced was not well founded. The decision was dated 26 March 2025. Radius Vehicle Solutions said a payslip figure represented the nominal value of the benefit in kind from a company car, while €1,463.76 in tax was deducted in respect of that benefit. The adjudication officer found no non-statutory deduction had been made and held that the tax was a statutory deduction.
