WRC rejects two employment-information complaints against Bidvest Noonan

The Workplace Relations Commission found Bernard O'Reilly’s two complaints against Bidvest Noonan (ROI) Limited not well founded, in a decision dated 12 March 2025. No award was made. O'Reilly alleged that after a 2023 transfer, his job title and employment terms changed without proper written notice, and that he had not received a written statement of his employment particulars. The company denied breaching the law, saying it had asked his former employer O.C.S. for the relevant contract documents. The adjudicator found insufficient evidence to uphold the claims and made no ruling on whether the alleged contract changes were lawful.
