The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Mkm 77 Windows Limited to pay construction worker Bohdan Svyntsitskyy €1,889.76 net in unpaid wages and €1,889.76 compensation for failing to notify him of a change in his employer's legal identity. The decision was dated 2 December 2024. Svyntsitskyy said a November payslip was not paid into his bank account, and that he was not told the employer identity had changed. The WRC upheld those complaints. His unfair dismissal complaint was not well founded; the decision also says he lacked the 12 months' service required to bring it. Two working-time complaints were withdrawn.
