The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Chantelle Lingerie Limited to pay Karrin Breslin €15,800 compensation after upholding her constructive dismissal complaint. In its decision dated 8 July 2025, the WRC found the company had not adequately addressed her concerns about staffing, rosters and working conditions.
Breslin alleged that she had no option but to resign after raising workplace concerns. Chantelle disputed the complaints. The WRC also found her disability discrimination and harassment complaint was out of time, so it did not decide those allegations on their merits.
