The WRC declined to make a recommendation after finding that an employee’s resignation was voluntary and that he was not treated unfairly. Adjudication Officer Niamh O’Carroll dated the decision 8 July 2025. The employee said his treatment changed after he raised a late wage payment, and that he was warned and pressured to resign. The employer accepted the wages were late but said the warning followed his conduct at a meeting. The WRC found no evidence that he was forced to resign.
