The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Fainne Entertainment Limited, trading as Bullet Dock & Dumpling, to pay Yu-wen Huang €2,800 compensation after finding her employment-terms complaint well founded. The decision, dated 16 October 2024, found that a contract from her previous employer did not meet the requirement for a written statement of terms in her employment with Fainne. The statement also failed to clearly set out her gross pay, social protection contributions and working hours.
