The Workplace Relations Commission directed Keeper Security Emea Ltd. to pay former employee Urban Kristan €12,348.61 after finding commission was properly payable under the Payment of Wages Act. The decision was dated 16 December 2025.
Kristan said the company withheld commission under its incentive plan after terminating his employment and sought €17,286. The company argued the commission was not earned and payable because customers had not paid the relevant invoices by his termination. The WRC found the plan specified resignation or dismissal for policy breach as forfeiture grounds, neither of which was established; the company gave no reason for the termination.
