The Workplace Relations Commission found Tina Saunders’ complaint against Boots Retail (Ireland) Limited about an alleged €159 wage deduction not well founded. The decision was dated 14 May 2025. Saunders said she received €79 for three days of annual leave in August 2023, rather than about €229. Boots said annual leave pay was spread across 12 monthly salary payments and that her August pay reflected unpaid parental leave. The WRC found no further sum was properly payable to her.
