The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Dr. Aiman Ahmed Mohamed Elamin’s complaint that the HSE withheld wages by placing him on the third point of the SHO pay scale without credit for his previous work at Almana General Hospital in Saudi Arabia. The adjudication officer found that Elamin had not provided the required evidence that Almana was a recognised teaching hospital. The complaint was not well founded.
