The Workplace Relations Commission found a complaint by Ivan Tonkev about changes to his written job terms was not well founded. The decision was dated 23 April 2024. Tonkev said his title changed from delivery driver to Dekitter and then Shunter without his consent, although he still sometimes drove for the company. Sysco Foods Ireland Limited said he failed several driving assessments and his main role changed. The officer found the company had notified him of the changes in writing and that occasional driving did not require another change to his written terms.
