The decision was dated 7 February 2024. Stanisavljevic said she was owed four weeks’ notice pay under her contract and the statutory minimum notice. Cognito Hrm Ltd T/A WorkCompass said she had received all sums due and had been given appropriate notice. The adjudicator found she was three weeks and one day short of her contractual notice period, and that she received no more than five days’ notice where one week was required. Both complaints succeeded.
