The Workplace Relations Commission found Metron Stores Limited t/a Iceland (in liquidation) failed to pay Sophie Quinn for annual leave accrued when her employment ended, and ordered €995 gross for her financial loss and €455 compensation for breach of her statutory rights. The decision was dated 6 December 2024. Quinn said she had not taken annual leave and received only €10 in holiday pay. The company did not attend the hearing. A duplicate complaint was withdrawn.
