The Workplace Relations Commission has ordered Spintelligent Ireland Trading as The Fraud Prevention Training Centre to pay Viktoria Andreanska €400 in wages owed for February 2023. The decision was dated 12 February 2024. Andreanska said her employment ended on 28 February 2023 and the wages remained unpaid. The respondent said it had instructed its accountant to make the payment and was waiting for her bank details. It did not dispute that the wages were owed. The complaint was found well founded under the Payment of Wages Act 1991.
