The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Radu Zaharia €2,079 after finding that Derry Court Company Limited failed to provide him with written employment terms. The decision, dated 20 March 2025, upheld that complaint and rejected his other complaints. Zaharia alleged unpaid overtime, constructive dismissal and a breach of working-time rules. The WRC found those complaints not well founded. He said increased workload, unpaid acting-up duties, the removal of his parking space and difficulties with his supervisor contributed to his resignation. The company said it arranged free parking within a short walk and offered to consider alternative work locations.
