The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Worship Management Ltd Photogiftshop.Ie to pay Isabel Caires Gazzola Andre €2,385 compensation for failing to provide a statement of employment particulars. The decision, dated 9 February 2024, also ordered the company to repay €596.25 deducted from her final wages without a contractual basis. Andre worked as a sales assistant from February 2018 until her resignation in October 2022. The WRC found three other complaints were not well founded, including claims concerning a day-five employment statement, missed breaks and another payment deduction. Five duplicate complaints on a second form were declared null and void. The respondent did not attend the hearing.
