Lutfi Hamuda’s two complaints against Concord Boiler Engineering were found not well founded after he did not attend the WRC hearing. In a decision dated 3 February 2023, the WRC said both claims failed for want of prosecution; the merits were not decided. The complaints concerned a written statement of employment terms and alleged penalisation under the Employment Permits Act. Hamuda had been notified of the hearing.
