The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Igors Reinis’s payment of wages complaint after he failed to attend a hearing, finding that he had been notified of its date, time and place. The WRC dated its decision 31 January 2023. Reinis had claimed he was not paid the correct amount in lieu of notice. The respondent also failed to attend the hearing. The merits were not decided.
