The Workplace Relations Commission found three complaints by Maria Ferreira against Margaret Cleary Recruitcare not well founded. The decision was dated 3 April 2023. Ferreira said she had not been paid wages, the minimum wage or outstanding holiday pay for six weeks’ work in November and December 2021. The WRC said it had already decided a separate, identical case against the company Ferreira regarded as her employer, so these complaints against its director could not succeed.
