The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Ellicro Environment Care Limited to pay Declan Bergin €4,112.10 net after finding his complaint about unpaid wages well founded. The decision was dated 14 February 2023. Bergin said he worked from October 2021 to March 2022 and was not paid after his last salary in January 2022. The company did not attend the hearing, but the officer found it had been properly notified and that it was the company’s responsibility to identify who should attend.
