The Workplace Relations Commission found Tudor Borta’s holiday pay complaint against Kola Express Limited not well founded in a decision dated 13 February 2023. Borta had complained that he was not paid holiday pay for his employment, which ran from 27 September 2021 to 24 January 2022. Neither Borta nor the company attended the hearing. The adjudication officer said Borta did not attend to give evidence and, in the absence of evidence from him, found the complaint not well founded; the merits were not decided.
