The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Dream Fitout Solutions Ltd to pay Terry Nichols €3,500 after finding his Payment of Wages complaint well founded. The decision was dated 24 January 2023. Nichols said the company paid him less than he was owed under his employment contract. The parties had previously reached a settlement, but he returned to the WRC after the agreed payment was not made. At the hearing, the company did not contest the claim, and both sides agreed that €3,500 was owed for his employment from June to August 2021. The parties said they would separately agree a schedule for payment.
