The Workplace Relations Commission found Daniel Victory’s complaint about receiving a copy of his terms of employment was not well founded. His separate complaint about excessive working hours under the Organisation of Working Time Act was withdrawn at the hearing. Victory said he had not received a copy of his employment terms when requested and alleged unfair distribution of shifts and excessive hours. Dublin Bus said he later received the terms statement and that his average hours were below those of co-workers. The officer accepted the employer’s figures and found the terms complaint did not warrant a sanction. The decision was dated 2 August 2022.
