The WRC found Keith Griffith’s wage and employment-information complaints were brought outside the time limit and were not well founded; the merits were not decided. Adjudication officer Brian Dalton’s decision was dated 13 January 2022. Griffith alleged that ASSA ABLOY entrance Systems reduced his gross wages over 18 weeks in 2020 while it used the Temporary Wage Subsidy Scheme. He also alleged that tax deductions were not passed to Revenue. The WRC said the complaints related to a period beginning on 2 April 2020 and were lodged on 12 May 2021, more than 12 months later. It therefore said it had no jurisdiction to hear either complaint.
