In a decision dated 13 October 2023, it also awarded her €360 for unpaid wages and €360 in notice pay. Maties worked part-time as a bookkeeper for Ascot Catering Limited Ciao Bella Roma. The restaurant closed on 18 March 2020, when she lost her job. Her annual-leave and public-holiday complaints were withdrawn. The respondent did not attend the hearing.
