WRC declines jurisdiction over five complaints against Hilton Hotel

The Workplace Relations Commission declined jurisdiction over Manuela Todosi’s five complaints against Hilton Hotel, including claims concerning wages, discrimination, workplace safety and working time, in a decision dated 12 January 2026. The adjudicator found Todosi’s employer was Charlemont Leisure Investments Limited T/A Hilton Dublin, as shown on her payslips and employment contract. The WRC said it could not amend the named respondent, Hilton Hotel, and therefore could not hear the complaints.
