The Workplace Relations Commission found Pavel Simik’s complaint that his employer failed to give written notice of changes to his terms of employment was not well founded. The decision was dated 27 October 2022. Simik said his working week was cut from three days to two without written notice. The adjudication officer found his contract allowed reduced hours and that he had been advised in advance he would not work on 8 and 15 January 2020.
