The WRC dismissed a security officer’s €2,400 wages complaint as out of time in a decision dated 18 May 2017; the merits were not decided. The officer said four weeks’ pay remained unpaid before his redundancy. The security company said it made personal cash payments of €900. The adjudication officer found the complaint was brought out of time and dismissed it.
