Asked the Minister for Education and Youth the current position regarding the application for funding under the summer works scheme in respect of a science laboratory project at a school (details supplied); the current status of the assessment of the application; if funding will be approved and made available in sufficient time to allow the project to be completed before the commencement of the 2026-2027 academic year, given the urgent need for these works; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation the progress made to date under National Strategic Outcome (NSO) 2 of the National Development Plan 2021-2030; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if her attention has been drawn to reports of enforced disappearances and deaths allegedly linked to detention conditions in the Tindouf camps in Algeria; and whether the Government intends to raise these concerns at EU or UN level and support calls for independent investigations; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if she has considered reports by international organisations raising concerns about living conditions and fundamental rights in the Tindouf camps in Algeria; whether the Government intends to seek updated assessments of the humanitarian and human rights situation there; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Asked the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment if, having regard to the proposal for a salmon harvest moratorium contained in Inland Fisheries Ireland's Position Paper on Salmon (October 2025 IFI Board meeting report) and his statement on 6 February 2026 that Inland Fisheries Ireland had been asked to examine options for salmon conservation up to and including a harvest moratorium; if he is considering the introduction of a moratorium on the harvesting of wild Atlantic salmon for the 2027 season; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Finance the engagement his Department has had with representative bodies regarding targeted supports for pubs that do not serve hot food; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Asked the Minister for Health if funding will be provided for regional diabetes clinical leads to ensure consistent and accountable delivery of the “Diabetes Policy and Services Review: A Strategy for Better Care” across all six regional health areas in line with national standards and models of care; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Asked the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the hardship the pollack three fish restrictions per 24 hour period will cause the fishing angling vessels nationwide given that the sea angling business is critical to so many in our coastal communities; if he has considered other fishing opportunities for this sector, including exploring sea bass as a renewed option in addition to blue fin tuna fishing opportunities; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Asked the Minister for Education and Youth when approval will issue for a project at a school (details supplied) to progress to stage 2A, noting that stage 1 approval was granted and the associated funding was drawn down almost a year ago; the reasons for the delay, given the urgent need for the additional accommodation within the school community; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the combined landing dues, levies for pelagic stocks landings into Killybegs Fishery Harbour Centre for the period 2019 to 2025; if he will provide the levies for exporting of pelagic stocks by freezer vessels for the same period, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Asked the Minister for Health if she accepts that the provision of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) to women with type 2 diabetes during pregnancy provides better glycaemic control than invasive blood glucose testing (finger prick testing) for both mother and baby over the duration of pregnancy; if she will make CGM available to women with type 2 diabetes during their pregnancy (approximately 300 per year); and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Asked the Minister for Health her views on whether the cost of providing continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) to women with type 2 diabetes during pregnancy is cost neutral when compared to providing them with invasive blood glucose testing (finger prick testing) strips over the duration of pregnancy; if she will make CGM available to women with type 2 diabetes during their pregnancy (approximately 300 per year); and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Asked the Minister for Health if she will remove the specific criteria of "insulin initiation from the start" that is preventing 500-700 people with a clinical diagnosis of type 1 diabetes from accessing continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) which clinical evidence overwhelmingly supports as the first-choice glucose monitoring device for all people with type 1 diabetes; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
