Labour Court rejects late appeal against Kinlay Abbey Limited

The Labour Court refused Ionela-Adina Iacobuta’s appeal concerning a complaint under the Terms of Employment (Information) Acts, finding it had been lodged outside the 42-day limit and exceptional circumstances had not been established.
