The Labour Court affirmed the dismissal of Anita Michajlowa’s complaint against Prosarch Ltd over €3,386 in alleged unpaid wages. Its determination was signed on 10 April 2017. Michajlowa said she had effectively been suspended after a hospital placement ended and claimed she was owed normal wages. Prosarch said it paid her for all hours worked, offered other assignments and gave her no guaranteed hours. The Court found she continued working, was paid for the hours she worked and had no guarantee of hours. It found no unlawful deduction had been made, so her appeal failed.
