The Labour Court determined that O’Leary International Limited must pay Ryszard Dymek €1,312 under an earlier Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was dated 23 December 2008. Dymek complained that the employer had not implemented the decision, which awarded him the sum for breaches of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000. The Court found the decision had not been carried out and that no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
