In 2004, the Labour Court recommended against conceding the Irish Nurses Organisation's request for a further staffing review at Arus Carolan nursing home in Mohill, Co Leitrim. The North Western Health Board and the Irish Nurses Organisation were the parties to the dispute. The Court cited a 2001 review and said it had no reason to consider its findings so unreliable as to require another review at that time. It recommended full union consultation if a further review is considered. The recommendation was signed on 15 November 2004.
