The Labour Court recommended that Connaught Electronics and the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union revisit their agreement on the Perfect Attendance Bonus at local level. The recommendation was signed on 8 November 2004. The dispute concerned workers who lost the €127 quarterly bonus when taking time off they had worked up. The Court identified anomalies involving planned absences, consistent application of the scheme and the loss of overtime pay as well as the bonus.
