The Labour Court recommended that Waterville Golf Club employees implement the agreement reached at the Labour Relations Commission, including a 7am start. The Court found the agreement included management concessions in return for the earlier start. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union said workers had rejected the agreement and would accept a 7.30am start. The Club maintained that an agreement had been reached. The recommendation was signed on 31 July 2000.
