Labour Court recommends against Goulding Fertilisers worker's recall claim

In 1998, the Labour Court recommended against a worker's claim to be recalled by Goulding Fertilisers. The worker said he had not been recalled in seniority order after being made redundant. The Court was told the current seniority list had been drawn up by agreement with Services Industrial Professional Technical Union and said it was not open to it to change the list. The recommendation was dated 9 November 1998.
