The Labour Court found that a worker at A Company suffered harassment that contributed to her constructive dismissal and ordered £3,000 compensation. The decision was signed on 14 December 1992. The worker, represented by the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union, returned to work after maternity leave, but her relationship with the general manager deteriorated again. The Court accepted that the harassment after her return was less offensive than before her leave and took account of her voluntary return when setting compensation.
