In its determination signed 1 July 2026, the Court found she referred the complaint more than three years after the latest alleged discrimination, beyond the statutory maximum 12-month limit. Villaca argued that her understanding of the alleged discrimination developed over time and its effects continued. The discrimination allegation was not examined on its merits.
