Labour Court sets aside ruling in David Brady's working-time appeal

The Labour Court allowed Metropolitan Films International Limited’s appeal and set aside in full the adjudicator’s decision on David Brady’s working-time complaint. The Court found Brady had not established that Metropolitan Films was his employer. The decision was dated 10 January 2025. Brady had worked for Clocktower Productions DAC and then Moorehaven S1 Productions DAC, and the Court found he had never entered into an employment contract with Metropolitan Films. The appeal decision records no current award.
