Labour Court overturns working-time ruling against Metropolitan Films

The Labour Court allowed Metropolitan Films International Ltd’s appeal and set aside in full the Adjudication Officer’s decision on David Brady’s working-time complaint. The decision was signed on 10 January 2025. Brady had worked for Clocktower Productions DAC and Moorehaven S1 Productions DAC, and had no employment contract with Metropolitan Films. The Court found he had not established that the company was his employer during the relevant period.
