In a decision dated 17 September 2026, adjudication officer Dónal Moore found he had no jurisdiction to examine its merits. Wrafter alleged the company withheld wages after his resignation to cover vehicle damage; he disputed responsibility and challenged the authenticity of the contract clause cited. The company argued the deduction was contractually authorised. The WRC did not decide whether it was lawful.
