WRC ends Amy Deady complaints after wrong respondent was named

The Workplace Relations Commission could not consider four complaints by Amy Deady against Ardonagh Group Holdings Limited after finding the wrong economic entity had been named. Adjudication Officer Conor Stokes dated the decision 30 April 2026. The complaints concerned transfer of undertakings, employment equality, wages and protections for people reporting child abuse. Deady accepted that the incorrect entity had been named; the respondent had also made that submission. The decision made no substantive ruling on the allegations and recorded no award.
